"PhD admission is about academic fit, not packaging."
Doctoral admissions for students of Indian origin pursuing PhDs at Ivy League and top research universities across the US and Canada. Doctoral admissions is fundamentally an exercise in academic fit. We help you make it real — not dress it up.
Skill Sync's senior faculty mentors are Ivy League and top research university professors (US & Canada) who have actually sat on PhD admissions decisions. From research direction calibration, SOP / Research Statement refinement, literature framework, faculty outreach strategy, recommender engagement, to interviews and Visit Day preparation — every academic core moment is delivered by the professor personally. Not outsourced to research assistants. Not ghostwritten by writing coaches.
The mentor doesn't just review materials; you do real research deep work together — sharpening theoretical framework, systematizing literature review, stress-testing methodology. These are the capabilities admissions committees actually evaluate, and the same training you'll need from day one in your doctoral program.
The mentor's value extends beyond personal coaching: first-hand perspective on target program faculty across the US and Canada, academic networking, recent admission patterns by program, unwritten admissions standards, interview committee styles. This is insider intelligence you cannot buy on the open market.
